    Group 3 :- ₹20001 to ₹25000 - slab 4 (>32500)
    Group 4 :- ₹25001 to ₹30000 - slab 5 (>39000)
    Group 5 :- ₹30001 to ₹40000 - slab 6 (>50000)

    Group 1 Retailers/Users are those whose Feb 2021 total recharge is below ₹10000
